At Northsound, we offer two main maintenance services:
- Regular maintenance programmes (planned maintenance)
- Emergency repairs (unplanned maintenance)
Although it is entirely up to the customer, we recommend the regular maintenance programme. Those who sign up will be visited by an engineer at regular intervals to review the performance and efficiency of the product or system in question. Whether it is a pipe leak, or a mechanical or electrical problem, we are able to help.
This way, worn components can be replaced, electrical problems can be put right and other issues can be ironed out before any major problems can arise. A full service will be carried out during each site visit so clients can rest assured that their systems are healthy and will continue to run smoothly.
Northsound also provides an emergency repairs service for existing clients. Perhaps a breakdown has occurred, or something is not running as efficiently as it could be. If this is the case, we are always just a phone call away and will do our best to be onsite as quickly as possible.
As our engineers are fully trained, they will diagnose the problem quickly and come up with a solution. They will then talk you through the repairs process and outline any costings involved. If you are happy to proceed, they will then set to work on the repairs.
